This hotel suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff assisted my elderly parents with kindness. I highly recommend the free snacks in the lobby. I'm coming back for a weekend!

It was just an optimal selection for a little getaway in Taipei with value for price. The staff went out of their way to celebrate my mum's birthday, making our stay memorable. Definitely check out the self-serving laundry if you need to do some washing during a longer visit.

Great location near transportation and shopping.

The room I stayed in had a strange chemical smell that lingered throughout my visit, which was quite off-putting. I also noticed some noises from the hallway, making it hard to relax at times. The absence of a view from my window-less room left me feeling claustrophobic, especially since I'd hoped for a bit of light and air during my stay.

noise inconvenience

lack amenities

the lack of blackout curtains was a shocking oversight for a supposedly upscale hotel. also, i couldn't enjoy a peaceful night with the thin windows letting in all that horrible noise! a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been the least i expected in return for this inconvenience, yet here i am struggling with basic comfort. almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

Group of friends seeking affordable luxury

Our stay was enhanced by a staff member named Sam, who showed very nice initiative and friendliness during our time there. He really went out of his way, making sure we had everything we needed including airport transport and meal tips, made us feel taken care of.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.
